Time to get motivated
It seems we have all lost a little motivation. It is time to recharge. I tried on my dress last night and it was a bit too hard to breathe. Time for some emergency trim down. Some tips to make it easier...I find that if I pack a healthy lunch I'm less tempted to eat unhealthy, since I only have that food with me. Also, if I grocery shop each week and plan meals ahead I tend to do much better. Cardio is the fastest way to trim down so really focus on doing an hour of brisk walking, walk and jog, take the stroller out, or do a dance workout video. Any exercise past the initial 20 minutes is what is really going to burn the fat. Time to get ready to look great for the wedding!

If you overeat 75 calories a day that packs on an extra 8 pounds over a year! So try eating one less thing a day, one less piece of cheese, one less treat, and walk 20-30 minutes 6 times a week and it will shed 1 pound a week.
